The Facility Not only is the Cooper Clinic ranked as a top facility for executive physicals by Fortune and Worth, it also focuses on preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle living at its expansive center in Dallas, Texas.

Services The Cooper Clinic’s executive physical includes the basics of any comprehensive physical, with the addition of vitamin D and omega-3 testing, gastroenterology procedures (if necessary), and a thorough skin cancer screening. Spa treatments at the Cooper Spa and cosmetic dermatology are optional, and hotel accommodations at the Cooper Guest Lodge are offered. Patients also have access to the 40,000 square-foot fitness center.

The Facility An executive physical at Saddleback Memorial is meant to be efficient, consisting of only one, two-hour appointment and is customized to each individual based on current health and age.

Services At Saddleback Memorial, all the basic components of a comprehensive physical are included plus colon cancer screening (FIT), electrocardiogram (EKG), exercise and diet consultation, strength and flexibility tests, thyroid blood test, and urinalysis. Other tests such as bone density testing, mammograms, and treadmill stress testing can be included for an addition fee according to gender and age of each individual. Different physical packages are available based on age groups, ranging from 30 to 39, 40 to 49, and over 49.

The Facility The University of California, Irvine, Executive Health Program provides executives with a quick, all-inclusive physical that is specified to the needs of each individual.

Services The UCI two-and-a-half hour executive physical includes the basics of a standard comprehensive physical as well as lung function testing, chest x-ray (if needed), strength and flexibility testing, resting electrocardiogram (ECG), treadmill stress test, and colon cancer screening.

What Makes Them Unique UCI is able to conduct their comprehensive executive physical in a short two hours and thirty minutes, a convenient time frame for busy executives. During a follow-up meeting, patient results are provided in a leather binder and a dietitian meets to discuss healthy lifestyle options.

The Facility The UCLA executive physical utilizes the resources of its highly-ranked hospital to provide executives with a top-level and individualized physical that assesses the quality of an executive’s health, focuses on disease prevention, and provides specific recommendations on post-physical care and life improvement.

Services UCLA customizes each physical to the needs of every individual executive. Testing will be done only if it is recommended for the individual based on medical history and concerns. A comprehensive health analysis is done for each organ system, which includes an action plan with recommendations for the patient and their regular doctor.

What Makes Them Unique UCLA aims to minimize radiation in X-rays and testing with digital lomography, CT low radiation X-rays, and non-radioactive methods if possible. Physicians at UCLA advocate methods of screening arteries such as imaging and blood tests for an analysis of cardiac health. The complete process can range from three hours to two days based on the health issues of an executive.
