This is a most difficult question, I would need at least two! The Double Tourbillon Technique in red gold and also the Quadruple Tourbillon - arguably our most complicated and high performance timepiece to date.

What makes a Quadruple Tourbillion unique?
Two independent oscillators working in different planes in 3D dimensions. The differential linking the four tourbillion cages averages their combined performance and displays the result through the hour, minute, and small second hands.
